My Experience at China Sourcing Fair in spring in 2015

In April 2015, I attended the Hong Kong Consumer Electronics Fair for the first time, where our company showcased card readers, Bluetooth keyboards, audio receivers, and audio transmitters, attracting significant attention from visitors and partners.

April 12 , 2015 is a wonderful day for me to start my new journey. It is my first time at an international trade show,  which many famous international brands here to display their electronic products and components. The fair is organized and professional. Many buyers from different countries like India, Korea, America, Canada, France, Sweden and Japan come to find right suppliers. I am so lucky to have an opportunity to communicate with two clients from Korea. Ido not have much relevant business experience. So we talked something about differences between Chinese and Korean on the journey to Hong Kong.

When arriving at the exhibition hall, my colleague and I are so excited that we can not wait to take pictures. We sell mini wireless keyboard at booth and it attracts many attention of the customers from Europe, the Middle East and Asia, America region. And our booth is in Hall10 K31.

There are more than five thousand IT and electronic suppliers from all over the world at this fair.  Zoweetek Electronics Limited, a global proffesional mini wireless keyboard provider from Shenzhen, China, has also attended the exhibition and has brought its latest products to the exhibition show, including foldable keyboard, Mini Bluetooth 4.0 Smart Breathalyzer, Handheld 2.4 Ghz Wireless Backlit keyboard with Touchpad, Bluetooth 4.0 Car kit, Ultra-slim Multifunction Bluetooth Keyboard with Touchpad,  Mini Wireless Keyboard with Fly Mouse< Ir remote control, Microsoft & Earphone Jack, etc.

At first we need to find our booth Zoweetek, but the hall is sooooo large that we find the booth in 20 minutes. And then we’re happy to see that our colleagues were introducing the products to the buyers when meeting them. That meant that we were doing good business. I was curious about everything in the booth. I did not know much about the business negotiation so that I stood by the side of my manager and learned how to introduce products and negotiate with clients. English grammar is not so important but fluent communication is the most important thing. That is my feeling from this exhibition journey.

As one of the biggest international trading fairs, the China Sourcing Fair: Electronics & Components, Hong Kong is being held at the AsiaWorld-Expo during April 11-14, 2015. So now my colleagues are still in the booth to look for cooperation opportunities with buyers. Come on, my dear friends, you are the best.
